Regarding these types of works, the provided solutions are adapted to the needs of the client and its desire for a specific finish. Thus, some of the most common provided solutions are:
1. PVC membrane roofing structure for semi-walkable terraces (UV exposed)

2. PVC membrane roofing system structure for walkable terraces (covered with blanket, gravel, tiles, floating floors)

- Reinforced slope blanket over which we can apply tiles, deck or any other material

4. Waterproofing structure with reinforced liquid membrane with glass fiber
- Concrete Support
- Sikalastic Concrete Primer
- Mono-component polyurethane Sikalastic 601 BC, used as a base layer in the liquid membrane system
- Sika Reemat Premium Material/Fabric
- The second layer of Sika lastic 601 to cover the fabric
- Final Covering was made with the product of mono-component polyurethane Sikalastic 621 TC
For this solution the final layer will be dark gray and can be covered with colored chips discarded immediately after the last layer of material. For the special requirements of aspect, we can use other similar systems with different textures and colors available in Sika range.
5. Hydro-insulation system structure with waterproofing mortar
- Concrete Support
- Extruded polystyrene insulation or mineral wool with the thickness that is specified in the project
- Reinforced concrete of slope with mesh Buzau type
- Elastic mortar Sika Top 109 Elastocem applied in two layers
- Finish (floor tiles, granite stone) applied with adhesive Sika Ceram 255
For this solution, the final layer will be the finish that is chosen by the customer (tiles, stone) glued on top of the waterproofing layer.
